In this coming academic year, I am looking forward to a number of things:
1. Psi Beta: Psi Beta is an honor society for students at the two-year college, and is dedicated to enriching students’ academic experiences. We meet on alternate Fridays. Go to the Psi Beta web link on the Irvine Valley College website if you are interested in being part of this awesome group!.
2. The Dr. Phil Show on Sept. 12th, 2011. The show will be sending a bus for us so we don’t have to worry about driving or parking in L.A. See or email me if you are interested (ktucker@ivc.edu)
3. WPA conference in San Francisco: Yes… it’s in San Francisco during the Spring semester! We hopefully will be taking IVC students by van! More on that later……
